Psychotherapy|Counselling
Psychotherapy is primarily a talk-based therapy and is intended to help people improve and maintain their mental health and well-being. The client and therapist work together to bring about positive change in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour and social functioning. Sessions usually last about 50 minutes and can be online, by phone or in-person.
Couples Counselling
All relationships can go through challenges. By working together and improving communication, individuals can better learn to meet each other’s needs.
Coaching
A coaching session allows for a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore current challenges or needs. By challenging and developing your thinking raising your self-awareness and identifying hidden depths to inner resources.
Family Therapy
In family therapy, "family" is defined as a group of people who care about each other and call themselves a family. This could include parents and children, partners, grandparents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, caregivers and other professionals that are close to the group. The goal of family therapy is to help everyone in the family understand and support each other. This type of therapy can help when families are feeling overwhelmed, sad and angry; when they're unsure how to move forward.
